“Tattoos are permanent reminders of temporary interest. That’s why I learned tattooing for four years. ⠀ ⠀ But I’m not a tattoo artist anymore. I’ve done many things in my life. That’s what I like. You can always try something different—there’s no set direction. ⠀ ⠀ I know quite a few people where it’s been intensely beneficial to set specific direction and succeed, with great stress. But I find it better for myself to just do whatever I’m doing.”

“My passion right now is creating space for people to completely be themselves. Having nothing to do with me—I want them to feel comfortable shining. ⠀ ⠀ Our bodies hold so much cellular memory. When we do breathwork, it brings it all up. And sometimes we can’t even associate a story with what comes up. ⠀ ⠀ It’s all these emotions and feelings and rawness we don’t know what to do with. We just have to feel it, and let it go. And then it’s not ours anymore.”
